4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing time is 7–10 business days before your order ships.
  • Delivery typically occurs within 7–10 business days after shipping, depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
  • Twisted Pagez is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other uncontrollable events.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please contact the carrier directly.


5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

  • Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in cases of damage or defects.
  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days at shop@twistedpagez.com with:
    • Your order number
    • A brief description of the issue
    • Clear photos of the damage or defect
  • Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days of approval. We cover return shipping for damaged or defective items only.
  • Once the return is received and approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.


6. Privacy Policy

  • Your privacy matters to us. We only collect personal information needed to fulfill your orders, communicate with you, and improve your experience.
  • We do not sell or share your information with third parties except for services involved in processing your order (e.g., payment processors, shipping providers).

Logo & Business Name Protection:

  • The Twisted Pagez business name is protected under common law trademark rights, and we retain ownership and control over its use. Even though it is not formally registered, it cannot be used by others in a way that could cause confusion or misrepresentation of our brand.

Logo Disclaimer:

  • The Twisted Pagez logo was designed using elements that are licensed for commercial use, but we do not claim exclusive copyright or trademark rights to any third-party design elements used. We reserve the right to update our branding in the future to reflect original or trademarked designs.

Protection of Content:

  • The content on this site, including but not limited to images, logos, text, designs, and other intellectual property, is protected by copyright laws to the extent that such protections apply.
