Order Processing
Please allow 7–10 business days for us to process your order before it ships. Once shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Delivery typically occurs within 7–10 business days after your order ships, depending on the shipping method and your location.

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Once your order is with the carrier, we are not responsible for any delays due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Twisted Pagez is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
If you believe your package is missing or has been misdelivered, please contact the shipping carrier directly. You're also welcome to reach out to us at shop@twistedpagez.com, and we'll do our best to assist you.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We hope to expand in the future!
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
At Twisted Pagez, we take great pride in crafting high-quality handmade products, and each item is carefully inspected before it ships. Because of the unique, handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds except in cases of damage or defects. That said, if something isn't right, we’re here to help.
Returns for Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Email us at shop@twistedpagez.com with:

Return Process
Once we approve your return, the item must be sent back to us within 7 days of the approval date. We will cover the return shipping cost only if the item is damaged or defective.
After we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval status. If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to be processed and reflected on your account.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason other than damage or defects.
Exchanges
At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges. We appreciate your understanding and continued support of our handmade work!
