At Twisted Pagez, we take great pride in crafting high-quality handmade products, and each item is carefully inspected before it ships. Because of the unique, handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds except in cases of damage or defects. That said, if something isn't right, we’re here to help.
Returns for Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Email us at shop@twistedpagez.com with:

Return Process
Once we approve your return, the item must be sent back to us within 7 days of approval. We will cover the return shipping cost only if the item is damaged or defective.
After we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval status. If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to be processed and reflected on your account.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any reason other than damage or defects.
Exchanges
At this time, we are unable to offer exchanges. We appreciate your understanding and continued support of our handmade work!
